    Food and service was good. Steak and eggs were cooked perfectly. Friendly and good ol' time diner atmosphere and food. We were waited on by the great great granddaughter of the original Hyde Diner

    Busy and lively and a small clean place.Very popular with the locals. American Diner atmosphere. Very affordable and family run. Open early for breakfast and lunch crowd. Fast service and all food is homemade by family.

    Hydes is the number one place in cortland to get some food. Its a family run diner with amazing service, great prices, great food (been going over ten years and NEVER got bad food there), and the staff are friendly and attentive.
